Account Coordinator

Location: Beaverton, OR
Contract length: ~10 months
Schedule: Hybrid in Beaverton, OR (WFH Fridays)
Pay: $28-33.81/hr, DOE
 
The Planet Group is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our well-known retail brand on a roughly 10-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will be hybrid in Beaverton, OR, working from home on Fridays.

Account Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and minimum of 2-4 years directly relevant work experience (supply operations)
    • Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.
  • Previous experience with SAP preferred
  • Excel expertise
  • Strong communicator
  • Flexible team player

Account Coordinator Description:

  • Build relationships with key customers and external partners to drive account development aligned with the commercial strategy
  • Drive the process for incorporating the operations and supply chain areas (order management, deliveries, value-added services, etc.) into the overall customer management process, from customer strategic planning through in-season execution
  • Lead teams and customers to achieve mutually-agreed operations plans
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence the client's capability development and service offerings
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of operational capabilities and services with key customers
  • Monitor and manage performance against service level agreements from both a client and customer point of view
  • Assist team with order management, work with wholesale partners, help manage accounts, and work cross functionally across the organization
