Sales Operations Coordinator
Location: Beaverton, OR
Contract length: ~6 months
Schedule: Hybrid in Beaverton, OR (WFH Fridays)
Pay: $33-35.92/hr, DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our well-known retail brand on a roughly 6-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will be hybrid in Beaverton, OR, working from home on Fridays. This person will work closely with Marketplace Sales teams, Account partners, and internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are executed on time and ready for market. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, go-to-market planning, and visual merchandising support, helping ensure programs land successfully in the marketplace.
Sales Operations Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Experience supporting sales execution, go-to-market, merchandising, or operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable following up with sales teams and external accounts
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Proficiency with common digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, shared trackers, and visual assets)
- Highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable engaging directly with sales teams and accounts
- Persistent in driving timely execution
- Strong eye for presentation and visual storytelling
- Energetic and accountable to fast-moving programs
- Motivated by seeing product come to life in market
Sales Operations Coordinator Description:
- Support the execution of programs from sell-in through replenishment, ensuring sales teams and accounts meet critical deadlines and have the tools needed to bring graphics to market quickly and effectively
- Engage directly with Marketplace Sales teams to collect orders and ensure submission against program timelines
- Manage multiple sales deadlines across different programs, including following up with accounts to correct orders and drive on-time completion
- Create and support pre-season sales tools that showcase new T-shirt graphics to enable effective sell-in
- Actively track order status and persistently follow up with accounts to ensure deadlines are met
- Support replenishment efforts by helping trigger re-orders for fast-selling T-shirts when applicable
- Participate in the go-to-market process by helping create visual tee walls or virtual tee wall presentations to support selling and merchandising
