Product Coordinator
Location: Beaverton, OR
Contract length: ~6 months
Schedule: Onsite in Beaverton, OR
Pay: $44-46.67hr, DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a Product Coordinator to join our well-known retail brand on a roughly 6-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will be onsite in Beaverton, OR. This person will assist with organizing material shipping for NSW Icons, Lab, Energy, product testing categories, and engineering & material development.
Product Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is a plus
- Experience working in a product coordinator role
- Very organized with strong work ethic, invested in learning more about the client and the client's processes
- Can take direction and execute tasks
- High communication - information seeking, tracking information, explaining process
Product Coordinator Description:
- Daily shipment coordinator management to support NSW Icons, Lab, Energy, and product testing categories
- Engineering & material development support as needed
- Daily opening of shipment boxes received twice a day and distribution of box contents to all developers in all 3 categories
- Sort daily shipment samples into holding boxes designated for marketing, design, or merch
- Build and organize boxes based on current location guidelines and process
- Eventually oversee and manage a sample management process in totality for all 3 categories
- As needed, if there are missing samples or boxes in daily shipments that didn't make it to designated areas in MH, connect with shipping and receiving team to track down and retrieve missing packages to finish distribution to correct MH recipient
- If there are mis-ships received in the area, determine correct recipient and coordinate time/place for them to pickup or interoffice
- Start with learning entry level footwear development work to support both Icons and Lab category
- Sample coordinator management is still primary focus and daily top priority
- Sample coordinator management work will be every day until daily completion, for the entire duration of the contract
- Receive formal and complete training on sample coordinator management and footwear development work to ensure success
