Senior Human Resources Business Partner
3-Month Contract
Boston MA
Pay: $40-50/hr
Must Haves:
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner or HR Generalist experience
- Hands-on experience supporting large, complex organizations or business units
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Proven experience advising and coaching leaders at all levels
- Experience with organizational development, change management, and workforce planning
- Ability to investigate employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions
- Strong project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- Prior experience supporting ambulatory clinics, healthcare operations, or hospital settings
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- SPHR certification
- Experience partnering closely with Staffing/Talent Acquisition teams
- Background managing restructuring, reorganizations, or large-scale change initiatives
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide HR programs (merit cycles, bonus cycles, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting to leadership groups
Job Summary/Description:
- Serve as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner providing broad-based HR support to ambulatory clinics and operations
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, culture, and competitive practices
- Provide coaching and consultation on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by diagnosing business challenges and designing HR solutions
- Provide employee relations support, ensuring compliance with company practices and state and federal employment laws
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence including Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, Training, and Organizational Development
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, career development, and performance management initiatives
- Lead and support restructuring and reorganization efforts, including talent assessment, communication planning, and implementation
- Manage and support delivery of companywide HR programs and initiatives
- Maintain current knowledge of HR best practices with emphasis on the healthcare industry
- Participate in hospital committees and initiatives as requested
- Model and promote the organization’s mission, values, and RESPECT attributes
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures
- Perform other duties as required
