Job Title: Salesforce Admin
Location: Remote
Contract length: 6 months
Schedule: Fulltime, M-F
Pay: $50 to $53/hr, DOE

Job Overview:
For this position a specific focus will be given to SaaS Salesforce orgs, but the scope could be enlarged to other orgs as needed. This role supports the CRM Platform Administration team, which is responsible for maintaining the overall health, security, compliance, and stability of the Salesforce environment. The administrator will work in a large, enterprise-scale organization and partner closely with internal teams to ensure Salesforce operates securely and efficiently. The team operates within a globalized platform support model, alongside Transformation and Run?the?Business teams, with this role focused specifically on platform administration and governance rather than large project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce platform administration in a large enterprise environment
  • User provisioning and access management
  • Security, privacy, and compliance support
  • Supporting overall org health and stability
  • Partnering closely with internal security teams to address and improve security posture
  • Supporting core Salesforce administrative functions across global users

Required/Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator experience in enterprise?level environments
  • Experience supporting large user populations (800+ users preferred)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Flow (automation), particularly in large orgs
  • Should have security practices exp within Salesforce (can they expand on their standard “security focus” line in resume)

Nice to Have Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce security?focused experience (e.g., permissions, access controls, compliance)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as:
    • Note: CI/CD experience is not required but is considered a strong differentiator, as the team is in the process of expanding capabilities in this area
      • GitHub
      • Copado
      • Gearset
  • Familiarity with enterprise Salesforce governance and best practices
