Epicor Administrator/Help Desk
Our client is a family owned manufacturer in the IL area. They are currently seeking an Epicor Administrator/Help Desk to provide technical and functional analysis, system administration, design, installation, maintenance, customization, support, and modification of the ERP system. This team fosters a collaborative environment, puts technology first, and offers a wealth of growth opportunities. This is an intricate role for the company and will report to the ERP Manager.
Responsibilities of the Epicor Administrator/Help Desk:
- Manage and support EDI integrations
- Support and maintain QuickShip and related integrations
- Develop, customize, and enhance Epicor functionality using Application Studio with Kinetic
- Create and maintain dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and customizations to support business processes
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training across departments
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, and system improvements
- Document configurations, processes, and custom solutions

Requirements for the Epicor Administrator/Help Desk:
- Epicor Kinetic (on prem and cloud) experience a must
- BAQ’s, BPM’s, SQL, Dashboards, SSRS
- EDI experience (setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting)
- Experience supporting QuickShip or similar shipping/logistics integrations
- Customization experience utilizing Application Studio
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows, data structures, and system integrations
- Manufacturing experience is a must
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 annually
