The successful candidate must be able to understand and articulate established project management governance, processes, and templates, utilizing Smartsheet to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution. Excellent communication skills and experience supporting project managers are essential.

  • Perform project support from initiation through delivery using established Smartsheet toolkits and processes
  • Coordinate and support cross-functional teams through meetings, status updates, and progress measurement
  • Track schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
