Job Description
VP of Finance
Location: Port Washington, WI – 100% Onsite
Must Haves:

8–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

Proven manufacturing finance background
-
Deep experience with cost accounting and percentage-of-completion

Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting capability

Experience professionalizing financial reporting and controls

Ability to partner with executives and PE stakeholders

Hands-on leadership style with strategic mindset
Preferred:

Prior VP of Finance or senior finance leadership experience

Experience in multi-entity operating environments

Exposure to PE-backed companies
-
ERP and financial systems improvement experience
Job Description:

Lead and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with growth objectives
-
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term modeling
-
Strengthen manufacturing cost accounting and POC processes
-
Improve financial reporting, internal controls, and data visibility

Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation
-
Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and future M&A
-
Provide financial insights to leadership and ownership

Build, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team
This is a high-impact VP of Finance role within a PE-backed manufacturing platform positioned for growth and consolidation. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing finance expertise, operational rigor, and the leadership presence to help scale the business alongside its private equity sponsor.
