Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – Professional Services Engagement Management Lead Location: United States (Remote). Travel as needed (up to 50–70%). Seeking a senior leader to design and deliver SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities for Professional Services Engagement Management—spanning project setup, resource planning, billing, revenue recognition, and tightly integrated Finance processes (Record to Report, Order to Cash). You’ll drive end?to?end delivery across discovery, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare, partner cross?functionally (Finance, Procurement, Sales), and apply SAP Public Cloud best practices with modern integration and data governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engagement Management Design & Delivery: Lead solution definition and implementation for project setup, resourcing, billing, and revenue recognition in S/4 Public Cloud.
  • Finance Integration: Ensure seamless linkage to R2R and O2C—including project accounting, margin analysis, intercompany flows, and financial close.
  • Cross?Functional Collaboration: Align integrated processes across Finance, Procurement, and Sales to support the full project lifecycle and financial transparency.
  • Solution Architecture: Apply Public Cloud best practices for Professional Services; leverage SAP BTP and related technologies where appropriate.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate executive and business workshops to validate requirements, define future?state processes, and align transformation objectives.
  • Delivery Leadership: Own configuration, testing, cutover, and risk management for Engagement Management and Finance integration; meet program timelines.
  • Data Governance & Migration: Partner with data teams to define models, mappings, and migration strategies for engagement/finance data; ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 15+ years in ERP and finance transformation consulting; 3+ full lifecycle S/4 Public Cloud implementations in Professional Services/Engagement Management with Finance integration. Big 4 Consulting experience implementing S/4 Hana.
  • SAP Scope Depth: At least six full lifecycle SAP implementations focused on Professional Services Engagement Management and Financials (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Financial Close).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
  • Process Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, define business?centric solutions, and integrate R2R with upstream/downstream modules (Procurement, Sales, Project Systems).
  • Program Delivery: Exceptional execution across planning, design, build, test, cutover, hypercare; proven risk/issue/dependency management and stakeholder alignment in finance programs.
  • People & Thought Leadership: Track record mentoring R2R talent, driving process innovation, and producing high?quality client deliverables and digital?finance thought leadership.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 50–70%.
  • Work Authorization: U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available (e.g., H?1B, L?1, TN, O?1, E?3, H?1B1, F?1, J?1, OPT, CPT).
