Job Title: Director, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – BDC & AI/ML Location: United States (Remote). Travel as needed. Seeking a senior delivery leader to drive business development and oversee large scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programs—spanning strategy, architecture, and execution. This role blends executive level client engagement with hands on leadership of data, integration, and AI/ML workstreams, leveraging SAP BTP, Datasphere, SAC, Fiori/CDS Views, and modern AI capabilities to enable hybrid business models (products, services, subscriptions).

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth & Pursuits: Identify opportunities; shape proposals; present integrated enterprise solutions aligning S/4 Public Cloud, BTP, Datasphere, and AI/ML to transformation objectives.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Lead ERP selection, current?state discovery, and future?state vision; define the transformation roadmap and business case for enterprise performance management.
  • Program Leadership: Direct complex Public Cloud programs end?to?end; manage risks, dependencies, pricing strategy, and financials to achieve margin targets and on?time delivery.
  • Architecture & Innovation: Assess current?state; design future?state solutions for data, integration, and analytics leveraging S/4 Public Cloud, BTP, SAC, Joule/AI, and complementary platforms (e.g., Databricks).
  • Execution Excellence: Guide design through hypercare; oversee backlog planning; lead global delivery teams across build, test, cutover, and deployment for multi?tower initiatives.
  • Talent & Eminence: Mentor teams; drive development of AI?powered assets and reusable accelerators; elevate practice eminence via thought leadership and high?quality deliverables.
  • Professional Conduct: Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility in all stakeholder interactions.
Qualifications
  • Consulting Background: Minimum 10 years in external management consulting; at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations; demonstrated end?to?end pursuit experience (from opportunity to executive presentation). Big 4 Consulting experience implementing S/4 Hana.
  • Technical Depth: Strong command of S/4 Public Cloud and SAP BTP (RICEFW, CDS Views, Fiori); comprehensive understanding of integration, data, and AI strategies (e.g., Datasphere, SAC, Databricks, Joule/AI).
  • Enterprise Leadership: Proven ability to lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders on business performance; design scalable, future?state solutions integrated with broader enterprise architecture.
  • Program Delivery: Exceptional record managing global teams through planning, risk/issue management, build, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Evidence of developing AI/ML?powered assets and publishing high?quality deliverables across industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50–80%, as needed.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available (including H?1B, L?1, TN, O?1, E?3, H?1B1, F?1, J?1, OPT, CPT).
