Description

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to develop, manage and monitor project performance to ensure results meet project requirements and schedules.
- Ability to coordinate the resolution of technical problems and implement changes. Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums
Required
- Experience Managing project lifecycle which includes scoping engineering and design, contract management, risk analysis, cost, scope and schedule, planning & work management process, implementation, construct, execution, documentation, closeout.
- Skilled in developing, implementing and managing new construction and/or improvement projects that enhance the overall reliability, efficiency and safety of the plant.
- Ability to develop, manage and monitor project performance to ensure results meet project requirements and schedules.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities
- Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively with a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff
- Effective negotiating skills:
- 10+ years of working industry experience
- 5+ years of PM experience
- Prior experience working in a corporate environment for a Nuclear utility - Preferred
- BS degree in Engineering, Business or Construction Management - Preferred
