Location: Boston MA, Fort Lauderdale FL or Herndon, VA
Salary Range: $275,000-$285,000 Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Mission Critical business unit. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in construction management, client relations, and operational oversight. The successful candidate will drive performance across multiple projects, foster strong client relationships, and ensure excellence in execution. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or construction leadership
  • Strong ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
  • Proven experience in project planning, forecasting, and cost estimating
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Onscreen Takeoff, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Timberline
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • High degree of concrete construction knowledge and analytical skill
  • Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Digital Takeoff programs and BIM coordination
  • Ability to travel to other regions as needed
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats (PM/APM/Estimator/BIM)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor project managers, estimators, and support staff
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business goals
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and completion across multiple scopes
  • Conduct site visits and resolve constructability issues
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Prepare and manage budgets, WIP, P&L, and business plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safety-first culture
  • Collaborate with preconstruction teams to optimize estimating and sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
