Job Description
A Senior Electrical Test Engineer responsible for developing and executing comprehensive hardware testing strategies for a wide range of components, supporting various forms of radiation effects testing (total dose, neutron, dose rate, single event effects) both onsite and at off-site facilities. Work with customers to define test requirements, work with test technicians, engineers and management to achieve company goals.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree: Electrical Engineering
- Experience testing a wide variety of electronic components from diodes to memories.
- Experience with test automation frameworks.
- Experience with test data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with radiation effects testing of components.
- Design, develop, and implement hardware test plans, protocols, and procedures.
- Create and maintain test hardware and software infrastructure.
- Perform rigorous hardware testing, including functional, performance, and reliability testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with engineers and test technicians to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain test documentation and procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability considerations.
- Contribute to the development of new testing methodologies and tools.
Pay: $120K - $170K DOE
