Veeva Systems Analyst & Developer Contract: 10 months Location: Bridgewater, NJ Schedule: 40 hours, Onsite Pay: $85-92/hr DOE
The Planet Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on Veeva Systems Analyst & Developer to join a growing security team at our Bio-Technology Pharma client.
Veeva Systems Analyst & Developer Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva Administration
Should have understanding of the Pharma Commercial and Medical operations
This role would require close collaboration with Business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, Cross–functional teams, Vendors and Integration partners
Process knowledge and application understanding of Veeva Align, Veeva CRM, Salesforce is a must with knowledge on Veeva Vault, Network and Nitro considered as added skillsets
Proficient and hands on in Veeva Vault / Salesforce development
Focus on business process analysis, should be comfortable in process tools, as in Smartsheet, Lucidcharts, Visio, JIRA etc
Construct user stories, business process, highlight process gaps and create process & functional documentation
Able to validate the user stories and perform testing
Able to suggest process improvements and establish stakeholder relationships
Hand-on expertise in Veeva Align & Veeva CRM
Expertise on Salesforce customization, Apex is added edge.
Should have good understanding of Veeva Align Environment, Business Admin, Admin & Align User.
Should be able to create sandboxes, Entity Configuration, Workflows, Alignment Rules, Territory Rules, Account Rules.
Should be able to configure Salesforce application for CRM.
Should be able to work on production issues on Email, page layouts, changing VMOCs, Veeva Triggers, Flow Builder.
Veeva Systems Analyst & Developer Responsibilities:
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce, Veeva CRM & Align development.
Log user stories (answering questions about requirements, functionality, business process, program needs)
Coordinate the sprint Reviews/Demos and UAT cycles with the client team!
Discuss and document business requirement.
Map the functional requirements into technical solutions.
