Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking two experienced Senior Project Managers to join a fast-paced, high-performing environment. These individuals will manage a diverse portfolio of technology and infrastructure initiatives, driving collaboration across business and technical teams while delivering critical projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a polished, top-tier environment where competing priorities and transformation initiatives are the norm.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver multiple projects across IT infrastructure, operations, and business systems.
Oversee the implementation of enterprise-wide platforms (e.g., PPM tools, ServiceNow, Azure Cloud Migration, cybersecurity enhancements, and HR system rollouts).
Manage site buildouts, office relocations, and related infrastructure projects.
Partner with senior leadership, C-suite executives, and business stakeholders to align project goals with organizational strategy.
Drive project governance, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
Prepare and present management dashboards, project updates, and sponsor briefings.
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring accountability for deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee vendor management for key technology solutions.
Facilitate training, adoption, and communication plans for system rollouts.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, budgets, and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of project management experience (program management exposure preferred).
Strong background in infrastructure-related IT projects.
Experience managing site buildout projects (preferred but not required).
Proven success in vendor management (e.g., ServiceNow, enterprise platforms).
Experience with executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
Strong ability to navigate competing project priorities and drive resolution.
Exposure to transformation initiatives and process improvement.
Comfortable working in fluid, fast-paced environments where goals may shift.
Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Agile familiarity preferred).
Preferred Skills
Experience in investment banking (highly preferred).
Additional background in commercial banking, insurance, or reinsurance.
Prior experience with office configuration or relocation projects.

Candidates must be adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Whiteboarding and scenario-based discussions will be part of the interview process to evaluate collaboration, problem-solving, and cultural fit.
