Senior Salesforce Business Analyst – (Perm) – MA – Hybrid [Salary range of $93,000 - $167,000 w/0-20% bonus]
Financial organization seeks a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with ideally 3+ years of professional experience working within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud specifically. The ideal candidate will possess strong user interaction skills to include a history of gathering business requirements, designing workflows, documenting these along with user stories, and other documentation.  This person will also possess strengths in data analysis, problem-solving and mapping to include exposure to Azure DevOps, Power BI and MS SQL. Opportunity offers a hybrid role in the Boston area with competitive base, bonus, and other benefits. This requires local or relocated individual, within the immediate area, with availability to be onsite up to 3 days weekly. Requirements
  • BS or BA in a related field.
  • USC or Green Card Holder.
  • Ability to be onsite in MA up to 3 days a week, meaning commutable distance.
  • Prior history in Financial Services to include Wealth Management or Private Equity.
  • 3 to 8 years’ professional experience with Salesforce, with exposure to Financial Services Cloud preferably, along with a deep understanding of Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Expertise in Business Processes and Workflow Management to include such areas as Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Systems Support, and Infrastructure.
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps, Power BI and MS SQL, along with data modeling and design to include conceptual and logical modeling.
  • Strengths in analytical, data, problem-solving and collaboration, as well as system integrations and data mapping expertise preferred.
  • Microsoft process, workflow, and collaboration tools expertise.
  • Salesforce Certifications like Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst are desired but not required.
  • The ideal candidate will have a positive and proactive demeanor, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, and operate with a continuous learning and improvement approach.
  • This individual will have strong facilitation and communication skills with all levels of personnel and through all forms of communication.
Responsibilities
  • Serving as primary contributor to a wealth product roadmap to develop and deliver strategic business objectives, specifically regarding further utilization of Salesforce.
  • Working with business and technology users to define and document requirements to include user stories, while proactively identifying/mitigating potential dependencies and risks.
  • Providing feedback and input regarding alternative solutions while prioritizing to deliver the highest business value for systems optimization.
  • Working with teammates to coordinate regarding feature development, testing, and readiness.
  • Developing test plans while supporting testing to ensure technical development enables business needs.
  • Capturing business requirements while translating these into easy to implement solutions, integrations, designs, tests, transformations, and reports.
  • Creating and updating project documentation and artifacts to include tasks boards, use cases, documentation, release notes, and technical summaries.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues with new development or ongoing operational support.
  • Find and implement efficiencies to optimize capabilities.
  • Conducting and facilitating training and sharing information with supporting documents and reference materials for employees and team members as needed.
