Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Engineer 
Location: Oshkosh, WI
Contract Length: 12-month contract (10/28/2025 – 10/27/2026)
Schedule: 40 hrs/week | Routine shift hours, infrequent OT
Pay: $33/hr

Associate Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Capable of creating drawings and performing tolerance stack-up analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CAD modeling software.
  • Knowledge of mechanical designing and applying material science within a design.

Associate Manufacturing Engineer Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience creating tools, jigs, and fixtures for manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with Catia software.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Internship experience in relevant engineering fields.
  • Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Associate Manufacturing Engineer Job Description:

The Associate Manufacturing Engineer designs new, modified, or improved components/process tooling according to engineering standards and project scope. This entry-level role provides engineering support to various manufacturing processes under close supervision.
  • Perform basic engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks under guidance.
  • Support senior engineers with plant preparations, designs, computations, and reporting.
  • Work on projects of limited complexity in a support role.
  • Prepare vehicle layouts and component part drawings with supporting calculations (e.g., weight distribution).
  • Select parts or design components with cost and quality considerations.
  • Follow projects on the assembly floor or prototype build and provide assistance as needed.
  • Generate bills of material and assembly drawings for projects.
  • Adhere to project timelines and schedules.
  • Utilize CAD and other engineering tools for assigned projects.
