Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provided executive level support to the Senior Vice President for Faculty Affairs and Career Development and Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and the Assistant Vice President for Faculty Professional Development, Diversity & Inclusion and will provide manage the day-to-day logistics of this busy office. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will manage the SVP’s calendar, schedule and confirm meetings, coordinate meetings and conferences, and coordinate travel arrangements. The incumbent will read, distribute and respond to correspondence as directed by the SVP/Vice Dean; screen and monitor calls; field questions, and/or forward them to the appropriate person. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with editing letters, pulling references, and putting together PowerPoint presentations. Other duties may be assigned.
