Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Reviews, audits, and balances payroll documents/files.
Provides customer service to employees and third-party vendors.
Trains staff on new procedures and systems, and oversees special payroll preparations.
Handles tasks related to payroll processing, including procedures, auditing, reviewing, balancing, data entry, processing, reporting, and vendor transmissions.
Produces ad hoc reports for corporate requirements.
Completes internal and external reporting to meet customer needs.
Manages weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tax payments and filings with federal, state, and local agencies.
Maintains accurate records and supporting documents for all filings and payments.
Administers expatriate payroll processing and special payrolls.
Ensures timely compliance with various regulations and company policies.
Provides customer support and training related to payroll.
Performs other assigned duties.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of payroll practices, rules, regulations, and tax withholding laws.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.
Accurate data entry skills and strong math aptitude.
Ability to resolve problems within fixed time frames in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and the primary language used in the area of responsibility.
