We’re supporting a dynamic, fast-paced global organization in its search for a Workday HRIS Manager — a strategic leader ready to take full ownership of their Workday platform. As the organization continues to scale, they’re seeking a confident, hands-on leader who will act as the internal product owner for Workday. You’ll manage three technical Workday professionals and work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and HRIS strategy alignment — all while shaping how HR technology supports the business

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the global Workday platform (Core HCM, US & UK Payroll, Talent)
  • Manage and mentor a team of three HRIS professionals
  • Oversee Workday security, configuration, data integrity, and reporting
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize system functionality
  • Drive process improvements, workflow enhancements, and system upgrades
  • Analyze HR data to deliver insights and actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Stay on top of upcoming Workday releases and guide readiness efforts
  • Ensure system compliance and data security protocols are upheld

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5–8 years of progressive HRIS leadership experience, preferably within Workday
  • Strong command of Core HCM, including payroll and talent functionality
  • Proven team leadership and project ownership in a global environment
  • Deep knowledge of HR data governance, reporting, and security
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field

Bonus Points For:
  • Experience working across US and UK payroll systems
  • Prior success as a Workday HRIS Manager or similar functional leadership role
  • Background in high-growth or matrixed environments
