As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you’ll join a collaborative team implementing and configuring Workday Payroll for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll typically lead a workstream, building strong client relationships and delivering solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
You’ll work independently and be expected to contribute from a lead-level capacity, including providing guidance on payroll compliance, benefits, and reporting. Must Have Requirements:
Experience with Workday Payroll, ideally in a lead or senior consultant capacity
Strong understanding of U.S. payroll regulatory requirements (Tax, Garnishments, Common Pay Master)
Familiarity with payroll accounting and processing
Experience with retirement benefits (401K, etc.)
Exposure to Union/Collective Bargaining Agreements
Preferences:
Prior consulting experience with Workday partners
Experience working with global clients
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
