Our Workday end user client based in the Nordics is looking for a permanent Workday HCM Lead to manage their global systems and internal colleagues.

Role: Global Workday HCM Lead

What you will be doing?
As an HR Technology Consultant/Lead, you are the expert in technological advancements and trends in the field of HR. You provide advice, guidance, and support to our stakeholders. You recommend innovative solutions and provide input for the HR strategy and roadmap. Your main responsibilities and day-to-day activities include:
  • Delivering solutions and innovation to our strategic projects, from design, configuration, testing, training, to deployment.
  • Leading HR technology initiatives, including project management activities such as defining the scope, planning, reporting on the progress, monitoring, and managing risks, managing stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Drive continuous improvements, including prioritization and planning, understanding the business (needs). Working closely together with and managing our stakeholders.
  • Co-create and deliver the HR Workday roadmap.
  • Work closely together with our global team of HR to provide solutions for complex queries.
  • Support in recurring process cycles from technology perspective (e.g., performance), coordinate biannual Workday releases, and other ‘critical ongoing’.
What do we expect from you?
  • Strong consultancy & project management skills, preferably with a background in consulting (e.g. implementation partner).
  • 5+ years of work experience in the field of HR (Cloud) transformation and in-depth Workday knowledge (including configuration), with a specialisation in at least two of the following functional domains: Talent & Performance, Learning, Advanced Compensation. Knowledge of other domains, such as Recruiting or Absence, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to see the bigger picture without losing sight of details.
  • Stakeholder management skills. Ability to interact and collaborate with stakeholders at various seniority levels.
  • Flexibility and a true builder. Ability to lead and enjoy the, sometimes bumpy, road to success.
