We are seeking an experienced Workday Benefits Consultant to support a client-side staff augmentation engagement. This full-time role will focus on managing Workday Benefits operations, including configuration, troubleshooting, and stakeholder support. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of benefits administration within the Workday platform and a strong history of independent execution. Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level configuration and operational support for Workday Benefits
Manage Open Enrollment processes, life events, EOI, dependent verification, and eligibility rules
Troubleshoot system issues and support file integrations with third-party vendors
Assist with compliance reporting and benefits audits
Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver enhancements and resolve issues
Document system processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
