We're looking for a Workday Absence Specialist to take ownership of absence configuration, deployment, and compliance – with a special focus on French regulations and multi-country rollout.
? What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to expert for Workday Absence Management – both for day-to-day system needs and strategic international deployments.
Support the ongoing global rollout of HCM modules, with Absence implementations scheduled in ~2 countries per year.
Ensure compliance with local legislation, particularly in France and other European countries.
Work closely with internal project managers (no need to lead projects yourself – just bring your technical A-game).
? What We’re Looking For:
Strong, hands-on experience with Workday Absence, ideally including international implementations.
Deep knowledge of absence policies and compliance in France (other countries a bonus).
Technically confident – comfortable in the system and with solving complex functional problems.
Fluent in French and English.
A collaborative mindset – able to work cross-functionally and adapt to different cultural and operational contexts.
