Location: Hybrid in Culver City, CA (onsite Tues, Wed, Thurs) Duration: 12 months Pay: Up to $93.21/hr, DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a UX Production Designer to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and is hybrid (onsite Tues-Thurs) in Culver City, CA.
This person will be a culture driver with an outstanding eye for detail, a keen sense of what matters and a belief that they can make a big difference. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, and problem solver who wants to have their hands in many things at once. They know how to tell stories, on any platform, that drive engagement. This person has an intimate understanding of UI/UX and product design, while keeping an active pulse on trends in digital marketing and a creative sensibility that extends across content genres. They excel at building strong cross-functional relationships in fast paced organizations.
UX Production Designer Responsibilities:
Maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, as well as ensuring that work delivers against standards.
Develop big, cut through ideas that get results
Prepare and spec deliverables for final hand off
Articulate and sell ideas to senior leadership in the Services organization and beyond
Build cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and art direction
Find and develop working relationships with new creative and production vendors, as well as strengthening partnerships with current vendors, to conceive and implement campaigns
UX Production Designer Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years significant experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual, UX, and production design.
Experience designing for all aspects of subscription-based products, including marketing, sign-up, management, payment methods, communication, cancellation, and re-engagement.
A dedication to upholding the principles of transparency, privacy, and trust while supporting business objectives.
Ability to thrive and be flexible in a quick-moving, cross-functional environment
Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on creative development.
Comfortable working on a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel with each other.
Sophisticated understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences
Experience in designing work for a variety of platforms and use cases, and a deep understanding of its impact across devices, experiences and scenarios
Expert problem solving skills that are strategically centered
Exceptional ability to deliver highly-resolved work at the intersection of culture and design.
Outstanding ability to clearly and concisely communicate concepts and ideas to designers, engineers, product managers, and executive leadership
Ability to manage, drive and design visual design work for multiple situations
Fluency with any of the following: graphic design, video, animation, UX, prototyping and storytelling.
