UKG Pro WFM Consultant (Contract)
Location: 100% Remote (Pacific Time Zone preferred)
Employment Type: Contract (6–9 months)

We’re supporting a mission-driven, healthcare-focused non-profit organization based in Vancouver, BC, looking for a skilled UKG Pro WFM Consultant to lead a critical system reconfiguration and optimization initiative. This is your opportunity to work with a passionate team making a difference in children's lives — all while taking on a high-visibility project with strong executive support

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Lead the reconfiguration and optimization of the UKG Pro WFM module
  • Streamline scheduling workflows, replacing manual and external systems (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)
  • Configure timekeeping policies, time-off management, shift swaps, and scheduling access
  • Build clear, user-friendly processes and training materials to support organization-wide adoption
  • Partner with teams across Clinical, Housekeeping, Facilities, Food Services, Volunteers, Payroll, and People & Culture
  • Support change management initiatives to drive successful rollout and user adoption

Required Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise with UKG Pro (Core HR/Payroll) and UKG WFM Advanced Scheduling
  • Strong technical skills in system configuration and workflow optimization
  • Previous experience supporting Canadian healthcare or non-profit organizations
  • Proven ability to develop SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
  • Change management experience to guide a smooth transition and implementation

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with timekeeping and scheduling best practices across clinical and non-clinical teams
  • Experience navigating resource constraints within non-profit environments
