Timesheet Coordinator
Chicago/remote
18-22/hr.
Must Have:
Basic Excel, Pref v lookups and formulas
1 plus year admin experience
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Timesheet Coordinator
Principle Duties:
Communicates with clients and employees to collect documentation, ensure accuracy, and assists billing specialists with any time related questions that may arise.
Review biweekly employee timesheets and works with Supervisors to resolve issues.
Maintain and update timecard trackers.
Review and reconcile district specific logs against time entered in Kronos.
Communicate with internal groups regarding issues pertaining to time logs and time sheets.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Advanced Excel skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem?solving skills.
Self? motivated, time efficient and proactive.
Education and Experience:
Associate degree or bachelor's in accounting or equivalent.
Two to three years of office work, accounts receivable and collections preferably.
