The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support for the recruiting function of the hospital to include:
Scheduling Interviews.
Reviewing job descriptions (quality check).
Posting jobs to external sites as needed.
Researching and suggesting appropriate sites for hard to fill positions.
Arranging travel for candidate interviews.
Scheduling New Hire orientation sessions.
Acting as a resource for internal and external callers on the employment process and recruiting policies and procedures.
Participating in career fairs.
Planning on and off-campus hiring events, including interview days, open houses and information sessions.
May assist in sourcing/screening active & passive candidates.
Additional project support as needed.
Qualifications (degree, past experience):
