Supply Chain Operations Analyst
6 month contract - potential to extend
Hybrid - Minnetonka, MN
Must Haves:
This position is responsible for preparing the production monthly build schedules, reporting progress against the schedule, and monitoring material inventory levels such that manufacturing schedules and customer deliveries are fulfilled as planned/scheduled on responsible commercial product(s). This position will also process all commercial receiving/inventory/shipping transactions for all commercial products to maintain accurate and timely inventory records.

Must Haves:
- 1-3 years in supply chain and/or production planning
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI / Power Query / Tableau.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of generating KPI’s, inventory metrics, and forecast summaries
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite, Excel and Word
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and logic, Epicor a plus
This position is responsible for preparing the production monthly build schedules, reporting progress against the schedule, and monitoring material inventory levels such that manufacturing schedules and customer deliveries are fulfilled as planned/scheduled on responsible commercial product(s). This position will also process all commercial receiving/inventory/shipping transactions for all commercial products to maintain accurate and timely inventory records.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly production build plans based on sales/customer forecasts? on responsible commercial products.
- Process/transact all material receiving/inventory/shipping transactions as required to support all commercial products, and to maintain timely and accurate commercial inventory records.
- Monitor and track progress of work?in?process inventory (internally and/or externally) on a regular basis? on responsible commercial products. Coordinate these activities with the Production Supervisor/Lead (as applicable).
- Monitor and track all levels of materials to ensure schedules and customer deliveries are met on responsible commercial products.
- • Prepare required inventory/material/supply purchase orders (and/or requisitions) to support the manufacturing build plans/schedules on responsible commercial products.
- Plan and issue the required internal production shop orders to meet production schedules and customer deliveries.
- Perform all responsible duties in compliance with Antares internal procedures.
- Summarize and maintain key performance indicator metrics to assist in preparing for/facilitating S&OP meetings? on responsible commercial products.
- Perform other duties and requested/assigned.
