Global Supplier Relationship Management: Manager
Direct hire
Salary Range: $150,000-170,000/yr
Must have:
3 years+ Global Supplier Relationship Management
7 years+ strategic sourcing, procurement of global program management
Global Fortune 500 Company continues to grow and expand. This key newly created Global Supplier Relationship Management role will lead, promote and evolve the companies programs. This leader influences and coaches category managers to impact effective SRM approaches with partners and suppliers. The position will have responsibility for overall Global S&P SRM program and will be tasked with establishing tools, processes and approaches to monitor risks, drive supplier performance and increase supplier capabilities.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
-Globally responsible for vision, planning, design and implementation of SRM Program
-Lead the strategic vision and value proposition to promote the SRM program
-Manage, share and promote vision
-Review all processes and tools to ensure continuous improvement and alignment to the vision
-Partner with category managers to segment suppliers according to category strategies and ensure new suppliers are segmented on an on going basis
