Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, PowerPoint/Keynote, and in developing data visualization dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actions.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.

MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Data Analytics.

Job Description:
The Financial Analyst will collect, synthesize, and model data to generate insights for strategic decision-making. By collaborating with leadership teams, the analyst will help develop strategic plans that align with Recruiting’s organizational objectives and talent market conditions. The role also involves creating financial models, summarizing results in slide decks, and presenting recommendations to senior management.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic models (for budgets, resources), forecasts, and recruiting analytics dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional recruiting teams to execute data collection, synthesis, and analysis.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas of improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and growth potential.
Provide insights and recommendations through professional quality reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of implemented strategies.
Lead preparation of high-impact presentations for senior management.
Tentative list of deliverables in the first 3 months: Monthly fulfillment monitoring, quarterly resource balance analysis, annual planning, and monthly travel budget Analysis.
