Sr. NetSuite Financial Consultant
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. NetSuite Financial Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through complex financial processes, leveraging your expertise in NetSuite's Financial Management module. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze client requirements, design tailored financial solutions, and oversee successful NetSuite implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent technical acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Solution Design:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of client financial processes, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
    • Design comprehensive financial solutions within NetSuite, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client-specific requirements.
    • Develop detailed financial models, reports, and dashboards to provide clients with actionable insights into their financial data.
NetSuite Implementation:
    • Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, focusing on the Financial Management module.
    • Configure and customize NetSuite Financial Management features, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate NetSuite with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Client Collaboration:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for financial-related inquiries.
    • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients on NetSuite's financial capabilities and best practices.
    • Provide ongoing support and expert guidance to clients, addressing queries, issues, and system-related concerns promptly and effectively.
Quality Assurance and Optimization:
    • Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with client requirements.
    • Continuously optimize NetSuite configurations and workflows based on client feedback and evolving business needs.
    • Stay current with NetSuite updates, new features, and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Create detailed documentation outlining the implemented solutions, configurations, and best practices for clients.
    • Share knowledge and expertise with internal teams, providing training and mentorship to junior consultants as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. CPA or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite Financial Management module implementation and customization.
  • Background as Sr. Accountant, Controller, Accounting Manager, or CFO preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to clients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
