Job Description

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline (i.e., mechanical, manufacturing, or electrical engineering), 3+ years working in customer-facing role

  • Familiar with automated / robotic manufacturing cells and/or processes
  • Personable and outgoing; comfortable speaking in front of groups of people

Experience should include work in one or more of the following areas:
  • US Defense, aerospace programs
  • Automated systems such as machine tools or robotic cells
  • Aerospace manufacturing industry
  • Assembly fixtures, jigs, tools
  • Manufacturing applications with thermoset or thermoplastic composite materials

Desirable Experience (not required)
  • Application/mechanical design experience using SolidWorks or Catia V5
  • Have participated in developing detailed quotations
  • Experience creating and presenting sales proposals

Job Responsibilities
  • Become technically proficient in current and future product offerings (i.e., automated drilling and fastening equipment, composites manufacturing, etc.)
  • Source leads, identify and develop relationships with decision-makers
  • Qualify potential customers for genuine need and ability to purchase proposed solutions
  • Work with customers throughout the entirety of the sales process
  • Participate and/or lead in the development of sales proposals, application design
  • Travel to customer sites as needed for sales and proposal meetings and to ensure we are providing world-class customer service
  • Research and identify potential future markets for existing products
  • Identify possible derivative products and solutions to help expand our current offerings
