Recruiting Coordinator/Junior Recruiter
Direct hire
Remote (will work CST business hours)
Salary Range: $60,000-65,000
Must have:
1 year HR/Recruiting experience
2 years of administrative support experience, emphasis on high volume scheduling preferred

This rapidly growing national construction company is looking to add a member to its Recruiting/Talent team. The company is growing rapidly and they are looking for an individual that can help with the fast paced and volume of hiring that is taking place. This position will report into the Talent Manager.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Screening resumes
-Scheduling interviews
-Job postings on company and other websites
-Assist in sourcing and initial phone screens
-Handle the onboarding process
-Tracking of candidates in the interview process
