Recruitment Assistant
Contract: 6+ months; potential to become permanent
Location: Onsite – Wellesley, MA 02481

Must Haves:
  • Associates Degree in HR or related field
  • One year of Human Resources, administrative, or clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Familiarity with the recruiting process (screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Bilingual
Preferred:
  • Experience working in a diverse environment

This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our recruitment and onboarding efforts, though it does not come with benefits.

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the student employment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers, financial aid, and students. Your primary responsibilities will focus on enhancing the student employment experience and streamlining our hiring procedures. If you have experience in student employment or recruitment and excel in organizational and communication skills, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Coordinate various student employment activities, including job postings, background checks, and managing the student employment mailbox.
  • Guide and assist students through the student employment process.
  • Address student inquiries and concerns promptly via email and phone.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, handle records and paperwork efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of onboarding paperwork by students.
  • Support the student onboarding process, including document preparation, new hire meetings, and IT access requests.
  • Plan and organize on-campus job fairs in collaboration with Financial Aid and Career Services.
  • Assist with recruitment activities as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
