ERP Systems Analyst (Remote – Select States)

If you're an expert in P21 ERP functionality with a knack for solving complex problems, optimizing processes, and translating technical language into everyday business value, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for the ERP system, owning day-to-day operations, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
Lead the planning and execution of ERP-related projects, new modules, upgrades, and process improvements.
Troubleshoot user issues, maintain system documentation, and create workflows to improve system performance and reliability.
Manage system administration including user setup, authentication, backups, and security audits.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to understand business processes and ensure optimal ERP performance.
Develop and maintain reports using tools like Crystal Reports, SSRS, or Power BI.
Deliver user training and onboarding support; create documentation and training guides.
Support system integrity through audits and process controls.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP, including core modules like Order Entry, Inventory, Purchasing, and AR/AP.
Strong knowledge of data structures, report writing tools, and system integrations.
Background in ERP implementation, upgrade planning, and full lifecycle support.
Excellent documentation and communication skills – you can bridge the gap between IT and business.
Project management expertise with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and training delivery.
Familiarity with writing SQL queries and experience with Python is a plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with DynaChange, Employee/Vendor Self-Service portals.
Exposure to backup monitoring and disaster recovery planning.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with clarity and precision.
