Product Management Associate
Location: Hybrid Schedule: M,W,F remote, T & TH onsite at Sunnyvale, CA campus
Pay Rate: Up to $30/hr depending on experience

What You'll Do:
  • Drive product automation efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Operations, to identify and prioritize product roadmap.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal product communication channels to ensure that relevant stakeholders are informed of product updates, roadmaps, and key milestones.
  • Manage external product communication, including crafting product messaging, developing marketing materials, and working with the Marketing and Sales teams to effectively promote our products.
  • Develop and implement competitive product pricing strategies by conducting market research, analyzing competitor offerings, and understanding customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to define product requirements and ensure that our products meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Continuously monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
Skills:
  • BA or BS minimum
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the networking, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meticulously detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy and precision.
