Pay: $30-$32.50 hourly
Description:
The Process Specialist II will undertake higher-level administration, project coordination, and data gathering/analysis. This role involves a variety of tasks including typing, filing, taking dictation, data entry, verifying quality of work, making routine calculations, preparing forms, reports, sketches, diagrams, operating office equipment, and using a personal computer to compile various routine reports/orders and utilize various software programs.

Description:
The Process Specialist II will undertake higher-level administration, project coordination, and data gathering/analysis. This role involves a variety of tasks including typing, filing, taking dictation, data entry, verifying quality of work, making routine calculations, preparing forms, reports, sketches, diagrams, operating office equipment, and using a personal computer to compile various routine reports/orders and utilize various software programs.
Duties:
- Gather and analyze data; utilize and update electronic dashboards (Tableau, Power BI)
- Interpret gathered data; prepare PowerPoint slides and visual management
- Submit reports to Supervisors and Senior Management
- Provide support for management and other teams with facilitating meetings, developing metrics, and tracking data
- Formulate procedures and written process manuals and job aids
- 30% travel to working sessions and meetings
- Maintain daily production reports
- Assist visitors
- Perform other miscellaneous office tasks
- Schedule and coordinate travel and office space
- Make accurate calculations
- Be familiar with company policies and procedures
- Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using and maintaining electronic dashboards (Tableau, Power BI)
- 2+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
- 2+ years’ experience in a specialized/functional area/discipline
- Experience using electronic calendaring to schedule meetings for many attendees
- Visio and OneNote experience
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
