Key Responsibilities:
Champion safe work practices and serve as a role model for your colleagues.
Become a master of our client's quality system, ensuring adherence to GMP and GDP.
Drive efficiency by performing thorough tool qualifications.
Collaborate on the development of clear and effective plastic processing project instructions.
Innovate and recommend improvements to plastic injection molding machinery.
Utilize scientific methodologies, including DOE and process window studies, to optimize injection molding processes.
Leverage instrumented tooling (RJG, Kistler) for advanced process development and monitoring.
Analyze test data to ensure alignment with specifications, making necessary equipment adjustments.
Maintain meticulous records of procedures, results, and recommendations for process and product enhancements.
Proactively identify and address any issues related to product, process, and the quality system.
Embrace additional responsibilities as needed to support the team's success.

High school diploma or GED required; completion of a related technical college or university program is highly preferred.
5-7 years of hands-on experience in plastics injection molding.
In-depth working knowledge of injection molding processes.
Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot complex issues.
Solid mechanical aptitude.
