Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (Under the guidance of our HR Manager)
- Process bi-weekly payroll using Paylocity.
- Oversee automated timecard process, garnishments and changes to taxes & other benefits
- Generate payroll reports.
- Assist with benefit administration, onboarding, payroll training and related duties
- Assist in the planning and implementation of year end processes including W-2s
- Resolve client concerns and responds to questions related to payroll and accruals
- Auditing and administration of PTO and vacation time, ensuring all information is received accurately and timely
- Respond to payroll related questions and employment verifications.
- Maintain employee records to include processing new hires, terminations, status changes, address changes, tax changes, direct deposits, pay rate changes and garnishments
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all departments
- Support HR initiatives, such as recruiting, benefits and ad hoc projects as needed
- Working knowledge of payroll system reporting such as Paylocity and ADP.

- Bachelor Degree
- 3-5 years of recent experience in US payroll processing, accounting, reconciliation and compliance
