Partner Marketing Lead
Location: Cupertino, CA
Onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs
Pay: $50-$57 per hour DOE

Planet Technology is looking for a Partner Marketing Lead for our well known technology client. In this role you will identify and develop Affiliate direct response strategies and manage campaigns to achieve our business objectives. Responsible for the flawless execution of all our campaigns across product and campaign launches throughout the year, making sure the work resonates and that we are delivering the best customer experience. You have the skillset to tease game-changing insights out of online signals, and the communications skills to deliver a compelling message to a wide range of audiences. In addition, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams globally to share vital details related to key strategic projects as well as formulate a globally aligned perspective on future trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Manages the Performance Partners agency to help prioritize work and drive towards achieving goals
- Manages media partner relationships including high-touch outreach to top performers
- Works cross-functionally internally on campaigns and initiatives and develops plans to support such programs and drive revenue
- Supports seasonal and launch activities and manages the promotions and campaign flight plans and report on these activities weekly
- Develops marketing initiatives/media plans that support various teams and business units such as the Consumer, Education and Business segments, Veterans and Military segment and Refurbished products
- Helps set quarterly and yearly program targets and develop a corresponding marketing plan to deliver the agreed goals and is proactive in highlighting any variances to plan
- Clearly communicates status throughout the quarter against goals and objectives to senior management, identifying risks and opportunities
- Presents results to upper management in business reviews
- Seeks out and presents new impactful opportunities for growth
- Ensures integrity of the brand on all media partner sites and campaigns
- Keeps track of competitive landscape using partner, vendor, agency information, industry news
- Stays current with industry trends and best practices
- Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate, pay-for-performance program management or equivalent experience
- Experience managing vendors and media partners relationships
- Passionately analytical with attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management / prioritization skills
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and measuring campaign performance
- Experience working with Performance Partners platforms or networks such as Commission Junction, Performance Horizon, Impact Radius
- 5+ years experience in e-commerce business, with a strong background in digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to deliver clear and actionable data in person and through reporting tools
- Passionate about building rapport with cross-functional teams, establishing trust, communicating openly and effectively balancing the needs of partners
- Able to manage ambiguity and to work independently as well as part of a cohesive, high performing team
- Experience in consumer electronics industry a plus
- Consulting in digital, e-commerce, marketing experience strongly preferred
- Bachelors degree required
