Paralegal/Intake Coordinator

Must Haves:
  • HS diploma
  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • Strong ability using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial intakes and maintain contact with clients
  • Work closely with clinic staff and students to manage the case docket
  • Meet the clinic’s administrative needs
  • Typical Core Duties
  • Monitor the intake line
  • Conduct initial client intakes
  • Open new case files
  • Keep track of case lists and assignments
  • File documents as needed
  • Interact with referral organizations and other third parties
  • Separate and upload incoming clinic mail and faxes
  • Attend scheduled meetings when requested
  • Provide other administrative report as requested

Required Qualifications:
  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • strong commitment to public service
  • Strong ability using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
