Direct Hire
Hybrid, MA
Hourly rate range: $20-25/hr
Must have:
2+ years Administrative/Operations experience in a professional office setting
Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred)

Nice to have:
Salesforce
The Operations Coordinator will assist with daily administration and support of a key organizational program, reporting and requests for information. This would include booking of virtual programs and support for these with internal and external partners, work with collateral information and presentations for all involved. The individual in this role will need a high attention to detail, be collaborative and have the ability to perform independently in a fast paced environment.
The primary areas of work will be:
-Internal Meeting/Webinar Support
-External Meeting/Webinar Support
-Meeting/Webinar Content management
-Support of internal Consultants
-Program Support
-Reporting
-Additional project work as needed
