Associate's Degree
comfort sitting at front desk of HR department
6 months+ basic I9 processing
Preferred
2 years + office administration experience or at least 6 months in HR Coordinator role
Nice to have:
1 years+ HR Coordinator
This private institution is looking for an HR Admin who will at the front of a busy HR office. The position is a key component to interacting with all members of the community. As the first point of contact for all visitors live or via phone this role will need to maintain a professional and helpful approach.
Responsibilities Include:
-Onboarding of employees
-Handle HR inquiries and direct to appropriate members of team when needed
-Provide HR administrative support to the department
-Manage conference room schedule and coordinate with appropriate internal departments
-Process HR invoices and expenses in HRIS system.
