Marketing Coordinator, Global Publicity
In this role, you will support our client's global theatrical publicity team with filmmaker and talent travel, logistics and finances.
Location: 100% onsite in Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: Up to $22/hr

Responsibilities:
- Spearhead travel for talent and filmmakers (including booking commercial flights, private jets, hotels, greeters, cars and acquiring visas when needed). This includes liaising with travel agencies and talent representatives to ensure travel is properly booked and to help troubleshoot as needed.
- Assist in creating and editing talent/filmmaker schedules by adding travel/cars/greeters to territory tour schedules and travel grids.
- Assist with different aspects of accounting/finance (including but not limited to updating budget grids, vendor registration, reconcile p-cards and processing invoices).
- Able to manage a high volume of emails and correspondence and available on email after work hours when needed.
- Detail-oriented and high organizational skills are a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years marketing experience, preferably in the media/entertainment industry.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Computer proficiency required (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong power point skills.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving environment.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and client relation skills.
- Consistent team player who is willing to pitch in on last minute, high priority projects as needed.
- Experience in working in a marketing, sales or event-based organization is a plus.
