The Planet Group's well known beauty client is looking for an Marketing Analyst for a 3-month contract opportunity that is fully remote!
Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
Analyze supplier quote information to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
Compare and contrast cost factors across bids, generating insights.
Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets to support data analysis and reporting.
Create PowerPoint presentations to showcase data for various stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights
Provide timely and accurate analysis to support decision-making processes.
Marketing Analyst Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an analyst, preferably within a large corporation.
Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create formulas, pivot tables, and manage large datasets.
Understanding of supplier cost structures; reviewing, comparing, and generating insights.
Comfort with generating stakeholder presentations using PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in an analytics role focused on analyzing data and insights.
Experience supporting a sourcing team and analyzing RFP and procurement process responses a plus
