Planet Interactive's well-known hospitality client is looking for a local San Francisco or LA based Lead Experiential Producer with 10+ years of experience leading integrated creative projects, brand activations, events and experiential productions for an assignment kicking off in January 2025!
Lead Experiential Producer Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end production process of pilot projects and experiences, ensuring timely and high-quality execution from pre-production planning to final delivery at scale
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to design, test and deliver, and scale experiences globally that align with our vision and strategy
- Partner with procurement and legal on SOWs and contracting
- Work autonomously to develop playbooks, training materials, and tools to allow global counterparts to support delivery at scale
- Prepare reports for management, detailing program specifics, learnings and insights
- Mentor and manage junior team members
- Experienced in contracting and managing talent
- Ability to create and drive schedules, budgets, scope documents, deliverables and staffing needs for project teams
- Experience managing agency, partner, and vendor relationships
- Experience working with and influencing across various levels of the organization and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with global teams
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills with an ability to set priorities, problem-solve, and work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- You are inherently curious, creative and excited by the prospect of building things from scratch
- You are an effective communicator with the ability to synthesize opportunities into strategic recommendations
