Job Description
Our client is seeking a Healthcare IT Deployment Specialist with a solid background in Healthcare IT solutions to join our team. This role is key to deploying Imprivata's solutions, aiming to boost efficiency, security, and user experience in healthcare environments.
This is a one month contract that will require you to be on site between the Burlington, and Raleigh/Durham area. Client will reimburse candidates mileage outside of the local range - 50 miles. But, there is no pay for travel time.

Key responsibilities include:
- - Access Systems: Implement Tap In and Tap Out systems to streamline access and reduce password reliance.
- - Secure Access Management: Enroll and manage badges, implement ePrescribing and Controlled Substances (EPCS) features, and oversee 2-Factor Authentication setup.
- - Authentication: Enroll fingerprints and manage phone app authentication.
Deployment Duties:
- - Hardware and Software Installation: Deploy Imprivata hardware and software solutions.
- - Provider Support: Enroll and support healthcare providers and clinicians, address queries, and escalate issues as needed.
Hardware Deployment:
- - Device Installation: Precisely install Imprivata hardware, including USB devices, fingerprint readers, Bluetooth receivers, and badge readers.
- - Setup Management: Mount devices and manage installation and cabling in healthcare settings.
Provider and Clinician Enrollment:
- - Customer Service: Provide excellent service during enrollment, including conducting enrollment fairs and one-on-one sessions.
- - Authentication Enrollment: Facilitate badge, fingerprint, and Imprivata ID enrollment, and assist with phone app enrollment for secure token authentication.
Support Responsibilities:
- - Ongoing Assistance: Offer continuous support, education, and issue escalation to ensure smooth deployment and usage of Imprivata solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hardware Installation: Experience with installing USB-based authentication devices.
- Software Installation: Proficiency in installing Windows-based software like Imprivata Agent and mobile software on iOS and Android devices.
- User Enrollment: Skilled in enrolling users in various authentication methods using Imprivata software.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to answer general questions about Imprivata products and services.
