IFS Business Analyst (Engineering, Projects, and Documentation)
Long Term Contract Opportunity seeking an experienced IFS Business Analyst, with a focus on Engineering, Projects, and Documentation modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes related to engineering, Projects, and documentation workflows within the IFS ERP environment. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, Implementation experience, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

This role requires exceptional analytical skills, Implementation experience, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for the IFS ERP system.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Configure IFS ERP modules related to Engineering, Projects, and Documentation according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement customizations or enhancements when necessary.
- Develop test plans and perform system testing to ensure that configurations and customizations meet defined requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues, working closely with technical teams to implement fixes and improvements.
- Create comprehensive documentation including user guides, process flow diagrams, and training materials to support end-users and facilitate system adoption.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure efficient utilization of the IFS ERP system.
- Post Go-Live review and analysis of existing business processes and application systems to develop strategies for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst working with IFS ERP systems, specifically focusing on Engineering, Projects, and Documentation modules.
- In-depth knowledge of IFS ERP configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
