Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain solutions for HR processes that will increase productivity and
efficiency
• Develop improvement strategies for recruiting processes and systems
• Manage HR information storage and accessibility in Office 365, including Teams,
OneDrive and SharePoint for HR staff, management and employees
• Assist HR Management with key functions including employee relations, compensation,
compliance and training and development.

Required:

• Experience identifying and implementing HR process improvements
• Experience sourcing and onboarding candidates, including experience with LinkedIn
